Each year, we elaborate with passion, sincerity and conviction an authentic agricultural rum, which expresses all the flavors and the richness of the Martinique soil, but also all our know-how. With each harvest, we give a major importance to time. Cutting the sugar cane manually, distilling in a Creole column, brewing the rum for a long time before bottling. Our promise, to offer a high quality rum with the charm of the handmade, to offer to each harvest the taste of the authenticity.
Our 60 hectare estate is located around the Distillery, north of Lamentin, and offers us 80% autonomy and we produce each year between 400 000 L and 500 000 L of 55%vol. agricultural rum, that is 2.5% of the production of Martinique.

‣ 1905 : La Favorite is bought by Henri Domoy. Today, 3rd and 4th generations work hand in hand to perpetuate this
age-old heritage.

A reasoned agriculture : We use neither pesticide nor fungicide, and weed for the most part by hand.
A circular economy : We reuse bagasse, or cane fiber, to run our Steam Machine and our two Distillation Columns, Our bottles are made of 65% recycled glass, Our labels and boxes are made of 100% recycled paper, from sugar cane, hemp and linen
Our carbon footprint : Each year, we identify areas for improvement in terms of energy consumption and inputs.
Sustainable partnerships : We select our partners, suppliers and designers who, like us, are committed to choosing materials from eco-responsible channels and made in Martinique, France and Europe.
