Each year, we elaborate with passion, sincerity and conviction an authentic agricultural rum, which expresses all the flavors and the richness
of the Martinique soil, but also all our know-how. With each harvest, we give a major importance to time.
Cutting the sugar cane manually, distilling in a Creole column, brewing the rum for a long time before bottling.
Our promise, to offer a high quality rum with the charm of handmade, to offer to each harvest the taste of authenticity.

Some key figures
‣ 1842 : the distillery is founded
‣ 1905 : La Favorite is bought by Henri Domoy. Today, 3rd and 4th generations work hand in hand to perpetuate this
age-old heritage.
‣ 60 hectares: our estate is located all around the Distillery, north of Lamentin, and offers us 80% autonomy.
